Lunge To Touch Rotating Stand with feet shoulder width apart and facing straight ahead. Rotate to 90 degrees and perform a lunge, reaching towards lunging foot with opposite hand. Return to starting position. Perform prescribe number of repetitions. Switch legs and repeat.
