SMR Pectorals Foam Roll

The SMR Pectorals Foam Roll exercise helps to reduce tightness in the chest muscles and improve shoulder mobility.

  • Place the foam roller at a 45 degree angle an inch or two away from the shoulder joint towards the chest. 
  • Keep the arm relaxed. 
  • The opposite arm is in a push up position to adjust tension and initiate the movement. 
  • Take a deep breath and roll towards the center of the chest, looking for any tender spots. 
  • Hold for 30-90 seconds.
