The SMR Pectorals Foam Roll exercise helps to reduce tightness in the chest muscles and improve shoulder mobility.
- Place the foam roller at a 45 degree angle an inch or two away from the shoulder joint towards the chest.
- Keep the arm relaxed.
- The opposite arm is in a push up position to adjust tension and initiate the movement.
- Take a deep breath and roll towards the center of the chest, looking for any tender spots.
- Hold for 30-90 seconds.
