Squat Jump

  • Stand with feet shoulders-width apart and pointed straight ahead. 
  • Squat slightly as if sitting in a chair. 
  • Jump up, extending arms overhead. 
  • Land softly, flexing the ankles, knees and hips. 
  • Maintain optimal alignment (feet pointed straight ahead, knees over the mid-foot) and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions.
