Static Adductor Stretch Standing

  • Stand with feet wider than shoulder width apart. The toe of the back leg should be in line with the heel of the front leg.
  • Make sure both feet are pointed straight ahead. 
  • Keeping abdominals engaged and hips neutral, move into a lateral squat until a stretch is felt in the inner thigh of the rear leg.
  • Hold for 30 seconds.
  • Switch legs and repeat.
