Static Hamstring Stretch Seated On Ball Sit on a stability ball with hands on hips and knees bent at 90 degrees as shown. Straighten the legs and lean forward at the hips while keeping the spine straight until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings. Hold for 30 seconds.
