- Kneel on all fours with the right arm on top of the stability ball with thumb facing the ceiling as shown.
- Bend at the hips and straighten the right arm until a stretch is felt from the armpit to the side of the torso and into the lower back.
- Hold for 30 seconds.
- Switch sides and repeat.
Note: If this stretch causes any pinching in the shoulder, perform the stretch with the palm down on the ball.
- Bring the arm on top of the ball slightly towards the head.
