- Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead, shoulder width apart.
- Let your ear drop towards the left shoulder until a stretch is felt in the right side of the neck (upper trapezius).
- Slowly let the head fall slightly forward until you feel a stretch in the back of the neck extending from the top of the shoulder blade to the base of the skull.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds.
- Return to starting position and repeat on other side
