Static Pectoral Stretch

  • Stand with your right forearm against a wall as shown, keeping your elbow and shoulder bent at a 90 degree angle. 
  • Keeping your left shoulder square with the right, slowly bend the right knee until a stretch is felt in the chest and shoulder. 
  • Make sure the shoulders do not elevate during the stretch.
  • Hold for 30 seconds.
  • Switch sides and repeat.
