Static Quadriceps Stretch Prone

  • Lie face down and bring right foot towards right glute as shown. 
  • Hold with right hand, keeping right upper leg flat on the ground to maintain a stretch in the right quadriceps.
  • Hold for 20-30 seconds.
  • Switch legs and repeat.
