The TRX Power Pull is one of the best rotational core exercises using the TRX.
- Fully shorten the TRX, use one handle and pull out the slack from the top loop.
- With feet shoulder to hip width apart, stand with left arm at chest.
- As you lean back, allow the arm to straighten, hips and shoulders rotating.
- To return to the starting position, start the movement from the hips and shoulders, bending the elbow to return to the start position.
