TRX Static Lat Stretch

  • Fully lengthen the TRX and face away from the anchor point. 
  • Extend the arms with the hands at eye level. 
  • Slowly shuffle feet forward until a stretch is felt in the lats/armpits.
  • Keep elbows straight and hands about shoulder width apart. 
  • Hold for 20-30 seconds.
  • Return to starting position.
