TRX Step Back Lunge

  • Fully shorten the TRX and stand facing the anchor point. 
  • Take a step back into a lunge position, extending the arms for balance. 
  • Hold for 1-2 seconds.
  • Return to starting position by straightening front leg and using the TRX as needed to pull back up.
  • Perform prescribed number of repetitions. 
  • Switch legs and repeat.
